Shipping & Returns

OYSTER ORDERS-

Oysters are only shipped via overnight service(typically UPS) in insulated containers with frozen gel packs  We do this to ensure freshness upon delivery.  Expedited shipping combined with heavy oysters can make for an expensive shipment.  We only charge the customer what we are charged by the shipping company.   If you would like us to ship using your FEDEX or UPS number, we are happy to do so.

Shipments are sent with a signature release, meaning no signature is required for delivery.  If you would like to require a signature for delivery, please let us know in the comments section at checkout.  

Delivery not available on Saturdays, Sundays or Mondays.  (Oysters delivered on Friday will keep fine in the fridge or in a cooler with ice for weekend events!)  If you absolutely need them delivered Saturday, just contact us.  We'll see if Saturday delivery is available in your area.

Please be aware that UPS does not give service guarantee refunds in the event they are unable to deliver due to inclement weather.  Usually they are able to attempt delivery the following day.  We pack our oysters with enough ice so that the extra day will not be a problem.  If for some reason your package is NOT delivered within two days of shipment date, please throw entire box away and contact us.    

In the case of bad weather, we may attempt to contact you to re-schedule delivery.  If you decide to proceed with order with inclement weather pending, please be aware that we will not be able to refund shipping charges if UPS cannot deliver on scheduled day.  

     

RETURNS/REFUNDS-

If you are unhappy with your purchase, contact us right away.  We will do what we can to make it right.
